- Currently PayPal is the only accepted payment method.
- PayPal is also the processor of all credit card orders.
- Curently we use UPS, USPS, and / or FedEx as carriers of packages.
- Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding Federal US holidays.
- Orders placed after 7pm PST may not be processed until the following business day.
- Orders placed on holidays / weekends will normally be processed the following normal business day.
- Tracking numbers or shipping confirmation numbers will be provided after the orders are processed. This does not mean that they have been shipped out already. It just means a shipping label was printed for the order. All orders will ship out within their stated handling time frame.
- Not all packages are scanned at our location. The courier may take the packages to their sorting hubs to be scanned. In some rare cases the carrier may not scan the package until it reaches the destination's hub.
- Buyers with PO addresses, or addresses located in AK, GU, HI, PR, VI, AOP, FPO, AE, SP - please choose the USPS shipping option. This is because FedEx / UPS cannot service these locations.
- Selection of the shipping carrier used is at our shipping department's sole discretion. Carriers are selected based on weights and dimensions of the package.
- International buyers: we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, fees or other charges levied by the destination country. These are not included in the item's price. Please refer to your country's imports offices to inquire about these before placing any orders.
- Local pickup is not a supported option on any item.
- We cannot alter the provided shipping address in any way, under any circumstance. Item will only be sent to the address verified by eBay / PayPal.
- We offer a 30 day returns period.
- Please inspect packages / items as soon as possible after delivery for any shipping damage, defects, or other issues prior to attempting any installations or use of the product. If any issues are found, please contact us via eBay message.
- All items must be returned in the condition they were received in. Any damages incurred during return shipping due to improper packaging, or use, will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- Professional installation is required for auto parts. We shall not be held responsible for any installation or removal of any product. We are not liable for any damage, injury, or death resulting from non-professional installation, removal, or use of a product.
- By purchasing the product, buyer confirms they have reviewed and agree to all terms shown in this section.
- Items not returned in original condition may be subject to a less than full refund.
