This could be worn by him or her depending on your style. This reminds me of the style of the 1980s Ton Sur Ton Shirts (although it is not Ton Sur Ton).

Guesstimate 80s. Previously loved. There is pilling to the inside just like a well loved sweatshirt. Signs of wear (what I consider minor fading). See all pics for details. Enlarge each pic for a closer look.

The size appears to be S but sort of looks like a 5. See pic. See Measurements above.

Additional measurements:

Shoulder to end of sleeve is 17 3/4".

Armpit to end of sleeve is 18".

The bottom is banded. Resting it measures 17" from side to side. Pulled taught, goes up to 24" from side to side. Fully taught goes up to 28" but it would not be comfortable this tight.
