For our domestic customers, we offer free UK postage with Royal Mail 48 for all of our customers in the United Kingdom. This service not only ensures the safety of your order but also provides peace of mind with a GPS confirmation scan upon delivery. The delivery aim is within 48 hours from dispatch, although not always guaranteed, and small delays outside of our control may occur.
If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade shipping at checkout for a small fee to either Royal Mail 24 or Special Delivery 1pm. The latter comes with a next-day delivery guarantee by 1pm. Because we know that sometimes, waiting just isn't an option!
For our international customers, we offer worldwide shipping which is automatically calculated at the checkout and with options for upgrading to end-to-end tracking or signature-only delivery. We can reach over 230 countries and territories with Royal Mail's worldwide network of delivery partners.
We will always try to dispatch your order to you as quickly as possible. While the estimated delivery date displayed on eBay is just that —an estimate— we are proud to say that the vast majority of our customers receive their orders ahead of schedule as we are based in the UK. However, we want to be transparent that local Royal Mail delays, which are beyond our control, may occasionally occur.

Whether you've received the wrong size or simply had a change of heart, please rest assured – we've got you covered with our generous free 60-day return period from the date of delivery to return the item, as long as it's returned in its original condition including its original packaging.
Free returns is only available for UK customers. International customers outside the UK can still return their coat, however, we are unable to offer free returns due to the cost of international postage.
Once we receive the return in its original, unused, and resaleable condition with product tags, our dedicated team aims to process your refund within two working days. The original payment method you used for the order will determine how you received your refund.
