New, but they are showing some signs of shelf wear such as scuffs, scratches, chipped off finish and slight surface rust. Please see my photos and video for close ups.

I also found inside this box two more items that may or may not be relevant to these pipe flanges. One of them has the following writing on it: Doorman 930-603 52841 21108 made in China. THIS ITEM IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS LISTING. If you are interested in it please message me. There is also another item in the box that has no markings on it. It kind of looks like a steel steering wheel that is about 7-8” diameter , with another small circle in the middle about 2” diameter that is lifted up about an inch above by 3 connecting steel bars. I can sell these separately, but message me please and help me figure out what they are even if you don’t want to buy them.
