You are buying 1 handmade window topper valance made by me. It measures 42" wide x 16" long.  This is 100% cotton fabric and should wash and dry nicely. This has a 4" top header and fits a 1+" white rod pocket rod. This is cream or light beige with a pink flower print with green leaves. The rod can be 1-2" wide. 

A rule of thumb, the curtain should be 1 1/2 -2 times the width of the window for fullness.

You may need 2 valances for fullness.
