Paladin Tools Data Surestrip cutter and stripper, in good used condition.

The manufacturer has a list of features that's probably more useful than anything I could write:

- Easily adjust with simple thumb screw
- Self-regulating to prevent nicks
- Contoured finter grips for power cutting
- Lanyard holes for wrist straps or key chains
- Small & compact, slips right into a pocket
- Nylon reinforced ABS plastic with stainless steel blade

I add to that that it's a fantastic fidget toy.  Extremely satisfying.  I'm not sure I've ever used it for its intended purpose.
