The Boy And The Heron Natsuko Cosplay Kimono
Fits chest/waist up to 42" Length: 59" Wrist to wrist measurement: 50"
This is an antique arrow-feather kimono that I sourced for The Boy and the Heron cosplay. Natsuko was so quiet and reserved, but when she drew her bow you could see that she had hidden strength. It wasn't easy to find something with such large arrow motifs! The kimono itself has visible hand stitching and probably dates to the 1920s-40s. It is bright pink with a finely spotted background. It has wide sleeves with a small wrist opening. The lining of the kimono is probably cotton, and the kimono could be silk or a silk blend (normally I would burn a fabric swatch to confirm, but I'd rather not for this garment.) The lining is free from damage or stains, but there is some age related damage to the embroidery here and there, as pointed out in the photos. The kimono smells faintly of roses.
