Antique Jewelry finding -  birds on the white with  Silvertone (they may be silver , but are not marked ) filigree petals  and  blue green beads 

there is not clasp on the back and no bale   It could be repurposed to use as a brooch   I tried to reaserch this to figure out what it is , bur could not find anything similar to it. 

I am not certain what this is. It does have aging.  The beads are faded
