We are a family run motor factors in Midlothian, Scotland. We service many of the garages in the local area covering Midlothian and The Borders as well as running an Ebay shop.
We buy direct from Quinton Hazell, Firstline, Gates and Borg and Beck making us Midlothian's only authorised dealer of Quinton Hazell parts.
Our staff have over 50 years cumulative experience in the motor trade with one of us specialising in Ford parts and have access to old microfiche for Ford O.E.M parts numbers.

We only accept Paypal. Paypal payments are expected within 7 days. Please remember without immediate payment you do not reserve the item and as such the item can still be sold.
We ship every day at 4.30pm via The Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Parcels) deliveries are fully tracked and The Royal Mail 1st class post (Large Letters) deliveries are not tracked but include barcoded proof of delivery. Please be aware this is not guaranteed 24hr post. Please allow 5 working days before reporting a late/non delivery.
Returns accepted within 30 days.
In all cases where a product is returned, it is at the buyer's cost to do so unless previously agreed with BNC Autoparts. Return postage costs will only be reimbursed if the return is the result of an error by BNC Autoparts. It is the buyers responsibility to determine whether a part is correct for their vehicle. We will not be liable for any costs incurred due to purchase error.
If an item is incorrectly ordered or no longer needed, the item can be returned for a refund, however please note that we will refund you for the item minus our postage cost of £1.95-£4.90 (which may not have been included in the price).
In all cases, refunds can only be issued once we receive the unwanted or faulty goods back.
