1. Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange your product—whether due to a discrepancy from the product description or for any other reason—please contact us within 30 days of receipt to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. We are unable to process any exchanges requested after 30 days.
- The item must be in the exact same condition as it was received.
- Please inform us of your preferred method for paying the replacement item's shipping cost; we will then promptly provide you with an invoice.
2. Returns
We understand that your purchase may not always be the right fit. If you are unsatisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The item must be returned in the exact same condition as it was received.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Please include a brief note in the return package specifying the reason for the return.
3. Damaged Shipment
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will handle the FedEx claim process entirely on your behalf. Once the claim is approved by FedEx, we will promptly ship a replacement or issue a full refund. To avoid delaying the claim process, please DO NOT file a claim with FedEx yourself. Instead, we kindly ask that you take multiple clear photos of the damaged package and its contents from various angles and send them to us.
4. Incorrect Item Received
