This is one of the rarest of all Japanese exclusive Barbie fashions and of all the Barbie fashions in general ever too!!! Definitely a holy grail. 

It is made of a silver brocade with red/white/blue silk belt and strap

Made by Mattel for the Japanese market only in the mid 60s, supposedly to celebrate the Emperor's anniversary.

It comes with long white gloves and brown wedges shoes as well as the Ballet Class like headband. The only missing accessory to my knowledge is a fan.

Fashion has not been played with and is perfectly crisp but I mention very very light age stains shown on pictures

There is no Barbie tag in it, as it could happen with the most elusive Japanese fashions sometimes, but is NOT A OOAK or repro!!!

Again, this is defintely one of the rarest Barbie fashions ever
