Directions

Directions: As a dietary supplement, combine each scoop in 10-14 fl. oz. of water (adjust according to taste) and mix thoroughly. On days of training, take 1 scoop during your workout and another scoop afterwards. On days without training, take 2 scoops spread throughout the day. For optimal results, aim for two scoops daily.
