The woman’s cape is quite different, with it's raised areas at the shoulders! It appears to be a knotty or boucle fabric, and certainly looks warm. Note her tiny waist. One arm rests on a plinth while the other is on the wooden fence. The backdrop features a couple of houses. 

SIZE. Approximately 3 3/8 x 2 5/16 inches.

CONDITION. Very light bends. Scrape at thigh level. Surface wear.

APPEARANCE. Interesting attire. Wonderful, sharp details. Very nice composition. A lovely portrait.
