🎁 Key Features 🎁

🎈Our 6oz (170ml) and 11oz (310ml) ‘unbreakable’ mugs are made from a plastic polymer, making them lightweight, shatterproof and safe for children to use.  They feature an easy grip, ergonomic handle and are suitable for both hot and cold drinks. The 6oz mug measures 7cm wide and 7cm high, the 11oz mug measures 8cm wide and 9cm high.

🎈Mugs are designed with the same image on both sides and the image is printed so that it won’t fade or peel off over time.  Our mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe (top rack only), however we highly recommend handwashing them to avoid any possible damage.

🎈Your child's mug can be customised with their name in a choice of font styles and colours.  You can have it unpersonalised, or even have a short message on it - simply let us know what you want in the personalisation box.

🎈All our items are designed and printed to order at our studio in Cambridgeshire.  Your order will be securely wrapped to minimise any possible damages and posted in eco-friendly packaging.

Please note - we do not impose a character limit on any personalisation, however, due to the differences in font sizes, it may be necessary to alter the main image placement slightly (to maximise the print area available for text) - by proceeding with the order, you are agreeing to this alteration should it be required.

🎁 Processing and Delivery Time 🎁

Unless otherwise stated, orders have a processing time of 1-2 working days and sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service (which has an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days from date of posting (this estimate is provided by Royal Mail - it is not guaranteed). If you need your order earlier than this, please select Express Delivery at checkout.

All or items are made to the requirements specified at checkout. Please ensure you check all spellings as we are unable to refund or replace your order if the text is entered incorrectly.  We have a 3hr cancellation/amendment window, so if you do notice an error once you have placed your order, please get in touch as soon as possible.  

Due to the custom nature and personalisation of our items, returns or refunds are not available unless the item is faulty.  However, please do not hesitate to contact us at the earliest opportunity to resolve any issues should they arise.
