This stunning Emerald Harborica/Carbon Fiber X-10 Midi guitar serial #6091 is a show stopper for any excellent musician. With its beautiful black carbon fibre back & sides with Harborica veneer face and headstock is as stunning looking as it sounds. It boasts of sculpted and tapered features for more comfort than any normal guitar can give. This X-10 guitar boasts a hollow carbon fibre body with a top sound hole for better projection and sound (allowing the front to vibrate more than any centre sound hole) and 22 frets, making it ideal for any type of music. The X-10 midi model has a very slim neck like an electric guitar for easy playing and the heel is removed and beveled for easy access up to the 22nd fret. It is part of the midi series and comes with a custom locking case for easy transport. It comes with 2 keys for safe lockup. The brand, Emerald, is known for producing very high-quality instruments that are plecked for perfect level frets and all the midi components work flawlessly to change the synth sounds with the quick flip of a switch. The 3 level electronics system is top of the line and works with a synth board or just to plug into any regular amplifier with a 1/4" cord. There is a choice of bridge or body pickups with the flick of a switch which is great for switching to solos. I used this with a Roland GR-55 and they are a perfect couple that have endless possibilities. This guitar is incredible and I cannot say enough about all the extras this has over any other guitar out there. Carbon fibre is not subject to any fluctuations so tuning stays put but once or twice a year, when you want to check it, the black tuners feel like precision surgical parts that work and look great.
