In stunning condition. Has been kept in the original box all this time and never displayed. The wooden frame has four spots (2 on one side and 2 on the other side - both pictured) where it appears the frame sides were fastened together and paint was missed (?) or scratched (?) a bit - not sure but those spots are symmetrical. There is also a tiny fleabite on the lower blue edge of the plaque, which is visible only when zooming in - again, pictures attached. Other than that, the plaque is near pristine condition.

The box shows wear and tear, scribbles and remnants of scotch tape.

The plaque measures approximately 13 1/8" x 7 1/8". Please refer to pictures for additional measurements and further details on condition.
