You are purchasing two new wheels. They are solid plastic so you do not need to ever fill with air.

On the side of the tire is 6 X 1.50. I measured the diameter and it was 5 7/8. Close to 6. The width of the tire is 1.5 inches. The center hole where the axle goes is 1/2 inch.
