There are many types of shrimp, with many different flavors. They come in all shapes and colors. We serve shrimp with care and hospitality.
Domestic kuruma shrimp, amaebi shrimp, shiba shrimp, and botan shrimp, grilled using a unique method.
Whole-grilled, sea-grilled, broiled, and spiral-grilled, each shrimp's unique cutting and grilling techniques bring out its true flavor.
For over 150 years since its founding, Keishindo has inherited a spirit of ingenuity, pursuing the finest ingredients and techniques while incorporating Japan's seasons, history, culture and times into its sweets.
Their signature product, "Sugatayaki," is a work of art in which shrimp are baked while still maintaining their shape.
Even now, as times have changed, each shrimp is still carefully baked by hand.
The shrimp are fragrant and slightly sweet. We purchase live shrimp, slice them in half, remove the meat and vein from each one by hand, line them up straight on the hot plate so they don't bend, and press them.
