Return Policy: Items must be returned new, unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with all components and accessories intact. Damaged or incomplete returns may incur reduced refunds. Installed items are considered used and ineligible for return, as they cannot be resold in new condition.

Returns:
- We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any missing, defective or damaged goods.
- You need to send back any returns within 14 days from when we first received your item.
- The item must be returned new, unused, unaltered, and without any signs of damage or usage beyond the listed condition at the time of receipt.
- All components and accessories must remain intact.
- The item must be returned in its original product packaging, including boxes, UPCs, bags, or any other materials used for wrapping and protection.
- The packaging cannot be ripped, cut, retaped or damaged.
- The return package must contain all items initially included, such as cords, cables, remote controls, manuals, warranty and rebate cards, as well as any free gifts or bonus items.
- All original tags, labels, and any other accompanying materials that were originally included must be present.
- Should the returned item be used, damaged, missing any parts, or suffer damage during return shipping due to improper packaging, the seller reserves the right to reduce the refund amount. This deduction will correspond to the depreciation in the item's value due to these factors.
- Should you have installed the item, it will be categorized as 'used', and consequently, will not be eligible for return.
- Our inability to accept such returns stems from the requirement to resell the item in its 'new' condition, a status it no longer holds post-installation.
