The bottom is 8" in diameter, the middle is 6", the top is 4", and each layer is 2-1/2" high.

There is also a bottom flange to prevent the bills from falling out. It is 8-3/4" Dia and 1/10" thick.

The overall size is 8-3/4" in diameter and 7.6" high.

The kit includes a bill roller, three 1/2" high rings, and a Scotch brand double-face tape roll.

The 3 rings provide 88 holes for bills, making it easy to insert bills, attach ribbons, and insert other items.

In the example photo, double-faced tape was applied to the outside of the ring, followed by the ribbon.

The kit is shipped with the rings mounted, but they are easily removed or adjusted.
