Used and refurbished items may show normal cosmetic wear such as scratches, scuffs, markings, or discoloration. Please review all photos and item descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Cleaning & Sterilization
The item has been cleaned and handled in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Returns
We accept returns according to our eBay return policy. Returned items must be returned in the same condition received.
We accept returns for standard items in their original condition per our eBay policy, but all items listed "For Parts or Repair" are sold strictly AS-IS with no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Policy:
This item is being sold "AS-IS" but guaranteed to be as pictured and described. Buyers are responsible for knowing the functional operation and final testing prior to implementing for service.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued within 30 business days after the receipt of the equipment. We reserve the right to reject the item after inspection, (items with physical damage or incomplete packaging, incomplete items). In the event that physical damage is caused during transit of a return, it is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier to start a damage claim upon receiving a notification from us. The responsibility is between the customer and the carrier.
Shipping Terms :
Items ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received. All items are packaged and shipped in a professional manner. The tracking number will be sent to you. Flat rate fees are for Continental US shipping ONLY. Alaska, Hawaii and all other NON Contiguous Territories are extra cost.
We will ship International; Please note that Customers/Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs or any other charges as such on items being shipped to a foreign country. If the item is shipped to a U.S. exporter, once it is received by the exporter we are no longer responsible for the item.
All freight items are shipped within the continental U.S only. All international freight purchases are shipped to a U.S. exporter only. Once it is signed for by the U.S. Exporter we are no longer responsible for the item.
