CANADA POST/POSTES CANADA is our Primary shipping Provider and all the rates we give you reflect what they charge us.

We do not aim to make a profit on our shipping.

We charge a $1 fee for packaging supplies for all items.

We offer multiple shipping options however please inquire before purchasing

so that we can offer a shipping quote based off of your preferences.

We can then send you an invoice based on your shipping preference.

We prefer to ship all items with tracking and insurance in order to ensure safe and timely arrival.

All options for SMALL PACKET AIR and SMALL PACKET SURFACE DO NOT INCLUDE TRACKING AND INSURANCE.

Items being shipped to the United States take approximately 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.

Items being shipped overseas by air take approximately 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS.

Items being shipped overseas by surface take anywhere from 4 weeks to 3 months depending on the destination country.

Due to the large discrepency in shipping times please inquire before purchasing.

We DO NOT offer free shipping unless stated in the listing.

This is due to Canada Posts high shipping costs. 

However Canada Post is the cheapest shipping option we have in Canada.

We will however, work with you to try and bring the cost down.

Local pickup in Ottawa is available.

All items sold have been stored in a smoke-free environment unless stated otherwise in the listing.

Payment must be received within 7 business days otherwise EBAY starts an unpaid item case.
