-It’s a buyer responsibility to check if the part fits his car. Buyer must check the pictures, the manufacturer number if provided. In car may be installed a part absolutely different from that in the listing even if it’s in a compatibility list.
-All items are used and have normal wear and tear. Please note that we work with used auto parts that may have some wear and tear due to normal use, scratches, surface imperfections, scuffs, dust, dirt/oxidized surface/some rust on the back/oil residue.
-Unless item description states otherwise, all parts are from USA model vehicles with a left hand drive setup.
-Items described as driver or passenger side refer to US made specifications, or left hand drive vehicles. For clarity, passenger side refers to right side when sitting in vehicle, and driver side refers to left side when sitting in vehicle.
-Hardware such as bolts and nuts may not be included even it shows in the listing pictures, unless specifically noted.
Payment & Shipping
- Available Local Pickup. All local pickups required to contact FIRST before making the purchase.
-Because shipment times are estimated by carriers, we are in no way responsible for shipments which do not arrive on time.
-Shipments may or may not require a signature as they are delivered.
-Any international customs fees, duties, taxes, etc.... must be paid for by the buyer.
-If you are in military address, Guam, Virgin Islands, or another US territory which is not considered a continental US state, eBay sometimes has an error in which the shipping is not calculated correctly. Please be aware of this and ask us for the shipping price before your purchase.
Returns

-All returns for exchange must be made within 30 days of item being received by customer unless otherwise stated.
-We will charge 25% restocking fee if Buyer wants to return order
-If buyer choose the false return request reasons we will charge cost of return shipping label.
-Return request is false if chosen reason is “Doesn’t work” “Wrong item sent” Doesn’t match photo or description” when it just “Doesn’t fit” for buyer car; and “Missing parts” “Doesn’t match photo or description” if buyer ask for parts never showed on the listing’s pictures or mentioned description.
-Zero Tolerance for Fraudulent Activities. All parts are marked in case of return to ensure all original parts are on the item and to ensure the item was not tampered with or swap. All returns that have signs of fraudulent actions will be reported to EBAY and file POLICE report . We will also report such activities to the Federal Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3.gov) and/or the Postmaster General
-We can not refund items being returned which are damaged or lost by carrier.
-Customers must contact seller before return in order to receive an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization).
-Prior to purchasing any items, customers must make sure they are ordering what they want/need. Returns for incorrectly ordered parts may or may not be subject to a partial deduction fee.
