Clear ice rhinestones. Gold-tone and silver-tone finishes.

Book/Patent Reference: Design Patent 170,209 was issued Aug. 18, 1953 and signed by Alfred Philippe.

Condition: Rhinestones are present, bright, and sparkling. Finish has age appropriate wear, see photos for condition. Locking safety clasp is in good working order.
Measurement Approx: 2 1/2" x 1 3/4"
