Payment

We accept PayPal , your order will be shipped out when your transaction status is clear.
Please do make sure your address is correct. We only ship to confirmed address.
Note: If you are failed to pay in 5 business days, an Unpaid payment will be filled.

Shipping

The item will be shipped out within SAME business day upon the payment is completed. Our regular carrier is FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Please feel free to message us through eBay if you have not received tracking info after two business days, we will be happy to provide it to you.

We have two warehouses, located in California and Kentucky. The goods are dispatched from which warehouse is closest to the address. Sometimes due to inventory reasons, it will be sent from a far away warehouse. Hope you can understand.

Returns

We can only issue an exchange if the item is received defective or incorrect item shipped.
All exchange items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise a 15% restocking fees will be charged.
Professional installation is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on shipment and usage.
We will not resend product before we get the returned item from customers.
If your item is defective or damaged, let us know within 30 days of your purchase and you can return it for a new one or a full refund with no questions asked.
