A Rare Quality George V Hallmarked Sterling Silver 2 Handled Tray

The Tray is 26" in length handle to handle with a width of 16 1/2" and a height of 1 1/8" to the rim and 1 5/8" to the handles

The Tray has a substantial weight of 92.5 oz or 2,622 gms

The Tray has an excellent oval shape with a superb fluted and scalloped border and 2 shaped upturned handles to either end (see photo's)

The Tray bears the inscription to the centre as follows

"20th December 1922 SILVER WEDDING to George & Emma with Love and Esteem from Mother Cis and Charlie Gert and Herbert Mabel and Tony Isa and Jim Dot and Allan "(see photo's)

The Tray is in excellent condition (see photo's)
