A Rare Cased Victorian Hallmarked Sterling Silver Engraved Serving Spoons by James Deakin & Sons

The Berry Serving Spoons are 8 1/4" in length with the bowls 2 3/4" in length with a combined weight of 3.9 oz or 110 grams

The Set is Stunning with each piece having excellent engraved work to the bowls featuring foliate work with hanging garlands round the upper edge of the bowls with the stems having a twisted design with Celtic point terminals with further foliate engraving with all the engraving still very sharp and showing little signs of use with a vacant cartouche to each terminal

The Fitted Case is 9 3/4" in length and 5 3/8" in width with a height of 1 3/4" beautifully fitted inside with plush crimson velvet rests to the base with a padded silk lining to the lid with the outside finished in black with a gold pencil line border and a single push button catch to the front

The Spoons are in Excellent Condition
