If you have any questions or concerns, please message me directly. I will always answer buyers, usually within a couple of hours at latest. Please don't jump straight into leaving me negative feedback. I am a small business owner, just 1 person, and I care about my buyers and their satisfaction in the products I sell. There is no need to punish me with negative feedback when you can always message me and I will do everything in my power to assist you. Please understand that if you decide to open a case against me, I can no longer help you. At that point, ebay will have to step in because you are then taking direct action against me. There is no need to ever take such extreme measures when I am always quick to answer messages and try to help buyers. I am entirely aware that buyers are the entire reason that I have a business at all, and I do genuinely value you and your questions/concerns/feelings.
