Very clean. No holes.  The photo of the back of the shirt looks way worse than what the shirt actually looks like. I tried washing it 2 times with Spray and Wash. I tried taking pictures from different angles and different light. In real life, You can see a light version of the bottom back half of the shirt. But the top half you can see nothing. I have no idea why. Still a very good shirt.
