CHECK PICTURES!!   Has been tested the power cord was  bad  I cut it off and used another cord It does work., but it will need some ( EXPERT ATTENTION)  That is why I am selling as is parts only.   I  looked inside and saw where the remainder of the  cord needs to be removed ,and soldered.  If your not an EXPERT I would pass on this one.  Thanks!!
