This is an optional hardcoated and lighter Serpent 4mm Thick Aluminum 7075-T6 Chassis for the Cobra SRX8E. The hard coating will help the chassis last longer and the many machined pockets make it around 30% lighter and comes at 294 grams. In addition, the "landing" area in the rear is machined to enable mounting the optional skidplate (NOT included).
