This is a laminated card. The card probably has been trimmed on the edges.

Irregular lamination edges and surface.

If you look at the card at the right angle, the surface has irregular scattered white patterns, probably due to lamination process.

Some scuffs and scratches and stains on the card.

Normal wear due to aging. Yellow tone on the back. Shows wear on the corners. There may have wear in the corners or on the edges, or bends or creases.
