Returns when offered, is for the Lower 48 U.S. States Only. The item(s) have to be unused with original packaging, tags attached, dust cover/ cleaning bag if included and all original packaging...  We can not except returns on any used merchandise. Some people try to tuck in the tag and use for a special occasion, this is still used and we cannot resell as new. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility and is excepted only on new, unused bags because the customer found it wasn't a fit for them and changed their mind.

Used items cannot be returned. We do our best to describe your bag and photos are of the actual item and are never altered in anyway :)
