It has small chips on the foot however it seems the little chips are on a rough mold line to begin with and their is one chip on the inside rim where the frog top would meet the glass. The painting is made to look like inlay but it's not inlayed. Their is some mineralization on the top rim from flowers being used in the glass. Maybe if you try some barkeepers friend or other harsh cleaner, you may be able to clear some of that up. This is still a very nice piece and it would look great in any collection or it would just make a great decoration. I think it's from the 1920's and it is a very cool Art Deco shape. I know you can think of some way to use it. Thank you again for looking and if you have questions, please message me, I am always happy to answer any question you might have.
