Coastal Grandma Vibe Blue Button Down Tunic Top Sz Sm. This top has a textured fabric and the upper front and back have cut outs (see photos). This is 100% cotton and does NOT stretch. With the textured fabric, the hem and cuffs seem like they are frayed but that is the just the type of fabric (see photo) There are NO tears, frays, or stains.
