The manufacturer has now changed the specification from 2W to 1.25W. Midea (the manufacturer of your appliance) made this revision to improve thermal management to increase life span of the LED and reduce the heat build up in the plastic cover which causes damp inside the light fitting. Midea also had to make this change in order to comply with new energy regulations.
