Himmlischer Retter am Fels roughly translates to Heavely Savior on the Rock.

I don't see any flaws in the plates but look closely at the photos to be sure. There are 2 small holes on the back, at the top, of each plate for hanging purposes.

They are approx. 9" tall and 5" wide.
