These have 2 battery operated little lights that u can push in one corner. Not sure what for unless it lite up in dark at some point. Most of there may still light up a tad but dont buy it for that. Buy just for the towel. They r sewed in and to replace you would have to cut the fabric and I dont know if they have replaceable batteries or not. By the time u order this it may or may not light up. It us not very bright right now as u can see in pics. The towels feel kinda like suede. Good for decoration for a fans room etc
