Shipping

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Taiwan National Holidays) and all items are shipped from Taiwan in good packaging condition.
Items are shipped by FedEx, DHL, EMS, Canada Post or Toll.
Normally items will arrive within 7-30 business days. Delivery time might vary due to some factors (custom clearance, weather conditions, etc.)
We ship your order to your eBay registered address. We are notresponsible for shipping delays due to incorrect billing information. Please make sure that your registered address is updated.
Tracking numbers will be updated to eBay. Customers can also track your packages through tracking websites OR contact us We will help you check it as soon as possible.
Please contact us immediately if your package does not arrive after 30 days. We will do our best to find solutions for you.

Return Policy

Unwanted Goods

Buyers must pay ALL shipping costs and any extra fees if the orders are cancelled not due to product problems.
We may charge up to 30% handling fee of the item's price for order cancellation/ return requests made after the package is shipped out within 30 days no matter whether the package is delivered or not.

+ If package is already received, please send back to us by the address we provide and send the tracking number to us through eBay Message.

+ If the package is not received, please reject the package when it is delivered. The package will be sent back to us when we get the information from the delivery company.

Refund

Refund will be offered after we receive the returned items and have a complete check (with no damage, missing parts, or any obvious signs of use). We have the right to not make a full refund for any of cases mentioned.
A full refund is ONLY offered when: - Order is unshipped. – Wrong item sent/ Defective items. – Package lost during delivery process (We will confirm with delivery company and resend the item; a full refund will be made if buyers are not willing to wait for the resend package).
