By far one of the most unique and beautiful bills printed in the US- A portrait of Thomas Jefferson, the third president of the United States (1801–1809), is featured on the obverse (front) of $2 notes. The reverse features an engraving of john Trumbull’s painting Declaration of Independence (c.1818).
