Usage Instructions:

Placement:

Place the incinerator on a flat, non-flammable surface, away from buildings, fences, and overhanging branches.

Loading:
Load the bin with garden waste, wood, or other combustible rubbish. Do not overfill; leave space at the top for safe burning.

Ignition:

Use a suitable firelighter or matches to ignite the waste from the bottom. Ensure proper ventilation through the holes for effective burning.

Monitoring:

Always monitor the fire while in use. Never leave the incinerator unattended while it is burning.

Safety Precautions: Allow the incinerator to cool down completely before handling or emptying the ashes.

Delivery Policy:

  • Products Purchased on Weekends, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays are Dispatched on the Next Working Day (Including express/next day delivery).
  • For next day delivery please order before 12 pm Monday to Friday and choose DPD courier service.

Damages Policy:

  • If you unfortunately receive an item damaged, please contact us immediately
  • If possible, provide as clear pictures as possible of the damaged areas
  • Once we have received documentation of damages, and we have begun the claims process, you will be shipped a replacement free of charge, or refunded in full, at your discretion.

Returns Policy:

  • Returns accepted in original condition, undamaged and sealed packaging with all the necessary attachments.
  • Postage cost for returns must be paid by buyer
  • Only product cost will be refunded to the customer.
  • You will be refunded in full once the goods have been received and confirmed as "New"
  • We do not accept returns after 14 days from the receipt of goods, or on goods which have been opened and cannot be sold again as "New"
  • If your item is damaged upon delivery, contact us immediately, with clear pictures of the damage
