NOTE 1: HP Thunderbolt Dock G2 120W is compatible with HP and other laptops that have a USB-C port that supports Thunderbolt 3 technology. The HP Thunderbolt Dock G2 can also connect to systems without Thunderbolt 3 through multi-function mode. However, functionality in this case is limited. Please refer to the manufacturer's documentation to learn about differences between Thunderbolt host and non-Thunderbolt host specifications, if required.

Before purchasing HP Thunderbolt Dock G2 120W, please ensure that your notebook PC or computer has appropriate USB-C Thunderbolt 3 port, meets minimum hardware requirements, and you have adequate technical knowledge to install / update required drivers. Please visit manufacture's support online to download appropriate drivers and instructions how to install them. Please see pictures and/or manufacture's user manual for minimum requirements. EVERY port of the dock has been tested!!! In case if you experience any problems with any of the ports, please verify first that you are using proper cables, and all cables sit in slots firm and secure.

NOTE 2: Laptops that require more than 100 W power input must be connected to their own power adapter for charging and operating at full performance

NOTE4: Only dual 4K support has been tested with dock connected to a host laptop that supports DP 1.3.

Potentially triple 4K @ 60 Hz is possible when connected to DP 1.4 systems with DSC (display stream compression). However, this functionality has not been tested due to the lack of respective host laptop for testing and is NOT GUARANTEED.

NOTE 5: With non-Thunderbolt systems only single 4K monitor is supported with DP 1.3 or single 2K with DP 1.2.
