This is the throttle linkage assembly from a 1992 Suzuki 40 HP 2-stroke outboard motor.   They Suzuki part #’s:  19811-94400 (throttle limiter), 19851-94401 (NSI lever), 19815-94400 (holders), 19135-94400 (rod), 09140-05005 (rod nuts ends), 19654-94421 (interlock rod), 19861-96301 (NSI cable stay). It fits 40 HP motors from 1986-1998.  There are no defects, everything is tight, moves freely and is in good working condition.
