Use

Remove plastic cover from the reverse and press onto the breast - don't throw away the plastic as it needs to be reapplied to the reverse before storage. If you lose the plastic cellophane or cling film can be substituted

Stick well with pink hypoallergenic latex free plant based glue to the reverse

Take care when removing - if you have any problems with the removal use warm water to loosen. The balance between preventing the covers coming off & removal means they do stick well

Once removed they can be washed with mild soap & warm water

Allow to dry completely before storing - if damp they will stick to each other, the storage & anything else in the vicinity
