We use an automatic system to check all addresses and ensure they are correct. If the system cannot verify an address, we will reach out via email and telephone to verify these addresses. If we do not hear back from you confirming/correcting the address, this Address Verification Process may delay your shipment.





We cannot change the shipping address or shipping method once an order has been placed.



We cannot cancel an order once it has been processed for fulfillment.

Returns

Refunds will not be given without a valid receipt and a return authorization number ("RMA"). Customers may not return the same item for refund more than once. We do not refund shipping costs associated with purchases successfully delivered.

Additionally, we advise that you take a picture of your return label, or tracking number, in case your returned package is lost in transit. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you are returning multiple items, you do not need to generate multiple labels unless you plan on shipping items out in separate packages.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) is/are delivered to our warehouse.

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in the amount equaling the item?s original purchase price minus the original shipping cost. If we provide you with a return label, we will deduct $7.50 from your total refund. Your refund will be processed via your original payment method.
