You are looking at #27 of #3000 of a brand new, unopened, Lord of the Rings Sam Gamgee in Orc Armor Collectible Bust from Gentle Giant.  This item is in the original condition as received from Gentle Giant.  The box has never been opened, and has been stored in a clean storage area since this was produced in 2007.  There is a small crease dented edge on the back corner of the the box.  Please review the pictures carefully.  This is a very low number, which makes an amazing add to any LOTR collection.
