The MenaWatt is based on the other, other British amps from the 60's and 70's.

Think huge dynamics, and roar but with articulated, sparkling highs, tight, rich bottom and a grinding midrange.  Gain is incredibly reactive to picking dynamics and guitar volume adjustments.  Internally voltage doubled for more clarity, headroom and punch.

Just like jumpering the channels on a vintage amp, the Brilliant and Normal gain controls are run in parallel for ultimate control of the tightness and bottom.  As with all Menatone amp based pedal the distortion ranges from clean boost to full gain.
