Originating from the Veneto region of northern Italy, potato gnocchi is a rustic, hearty ingredient that can trace its roots back to Roman times. For an authentic Italian taste, pair with butter, sage and Parmesan or a classic tomato and basil sauce with mozzarella or 4 cheese sauce.

GOMO Gnocchi can be perfectly paired with a classic tomato and basil or 4 cheese sauce.

Handling and cooking

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within three days.

Hob

FROM AMBIENT: Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil, add Gnocchi (straight from the pack). Drain as soon as they come to the surface and serve hot with your favourite sauce.
