This distribution amplifier is from the INLINE company, Model 3012 which is a 75 Ohm Video Distribution Amplifier with (4) input channels and (2) outputs per channel.
(I got it originally to expand my GPS Clock distribution, but now have another with 8 channels....)
The underside has Gain adjustments and Peaking adjustments.
AC Adapter is included. Factory seals intact.
10 MHz signal was applied to each input and the output displayed on an oscilloscope. All outputs work correctly.
