NEUTRAL SUPPORT

A neutral footbed assists customers with medium to high arches. This footbed supports arches and overall foot health. Recommended support for plantar fasciitis. 

METATARSAL SUPPORT

A metatarsal footbed assists customers with high to very high arches. This footbed offers enhanced arch and ball-of-foot support that helps to redistribute weight and relieve forefoot pain and pressure. 

POSTED SUPPORT

A posted footbed assists customers with low arches or flat feet. This posted heel footbed helps to support the inside of the foot and prevents overpronation.

This is a frequently misordered item.  Please ensure that you select the correct support type to meet your needs.  The three choices are Neutral, Post or Metatarsal.

Occasionally, manufacturer packaging may exhibit damage, such as bends, tears, or other cosmetic imperfections.

If you need to cancel your order, let us know ASAP as we cannot cancel it once the item is in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Although rare, carrier shipping delays/lost packages do occur at times, especially during severe weather, holidays, and/or carrier operational issues.  If you experience a shipping delay/lost package, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.  We will exhaust all options to locate your package and if it is determined to be lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund (per ebay policy). 

We do not offer exchanges.  We follow eBay's policy when it comes to addressing returns/refunds.

Upon receipt of a returned item and verification that the item is the same one that was sent, AND is in the same condition, a refund will then be issued.   

An item that is returned opened, damaged, or in ANY other condition other than how it was received, WILL be subject to a refund reduction by up to 50%, per ebay policy.  Original shipping charges (if paid) will not be refunded unless required via ebay policy.

If you are worried about whether or not the footwear will fit properly, we recommend requesting the measurements of the shoes and measuring your feet.
